Termites DO exist in Colorado. Most termites in Colorado are of the subterranean species. This means that they must have contact with the ground and come from the ground.

Attention Realtors, Real Estate Owners, Buyers, Property Managers, Mortgage Companies, Banks and Investors: NEVER tell a client that we do not have termites in Colorado. Termites are a growing concern in this area, they cause massive damage, and they can be detected.
